Assignment Management:
- View active, overdue, and completed assignments
- Access work order details and timelines
- Contact customers via phone, email, or SMS
- Navigate to the customer's location
- Send assignment status updates to the office
Time Tracking:
- Clock in and out for the day
- Monitor time spent working on tasks or traveling
- Review timesheets
Offline Functionality:
- Select assignments for offline access
- Operate offline in areas with limited connectivity
- Upload changes when internet connection is restored
Notification System:
- Receive instant notifications for Assigned, Unassigned, or Reassigned work orders
- Receive real-time updates when office notes are added to a work order
- Access a history of past notifications in the new Notifications area
