Assignment Management:

View active, overdue, and completed assignments
Access work order details and timelines
Contact customers via phone, email, or SMS
Navigate to the customer's location
Send assignment status updates to the office

Time Tracking:

Clock in and out for the day
Monitor time spent working on tasks or traveling
Review timesheets

Offline Functionality:

Select assignments for offline access
Operate offline in areas with limited connectivity
Upload changes when internet connection is restored

Notification System:

Receive instant notifications for Assigned, Unassigned, or Reassigned work orders
Receive real-time updates when office notes are added to a work order
Access a history of past notifications in the new Notifications area
