FieldEdge Basic is a vital tool that bridges the gap between the office and field operations. It caters specifically to on-the-go helper technicians, providing them with easy access to assignments, work order specifics, and customer information in order to efficiently monitor job progress.

Assignment Management:

<li>View active, overdue, and completed assignments</li>
<li>Access work order details and timelines</li>
<li>Contact customers via phone, email, or SMS</li>
<li>Navigate to the customer's location</li>
<li>Send assignment status updates to the office</li>
</ul>

Time Tracking:

<li>Clock in and out for the day</li>
<li>Monitor time spent working on tasks or traveling</li>
<li>Review timesheets</li>
</ul>

Offline Functionality:
<ul>
<li>Select assignments for offline access</li>
<li>Operate offline in areas with limited connectivity</li>
<li>Upload changes when internet connection is restored</li>
</ul>

Notification System:

<li>Receive instant notifications for Assigned, Unassigned, or Reassigned work orders</li>
<li>Receive real-time updates when office notes are added to a work order</li>
